Auction Center commission structure:
- General Merchanise 25% of sale price
- Vehicles: Selling under 1000.00 = 50.00
- Vehicles: Selling over 1000.00 = 100.00
- Corporate & large accounts or high end items can be negotiated.
- On site sales are negotiated.
- Online Auctions vary. Please call for information.
Receiving hours for consignments:
Monday: By Appointment Only
Tuesday: 10:00 - 6:00,
Wednesday: 10:00 - 6:00,
Thursday: By Appointment Only
Saturday: 10:00 - 12:00
Evenings: By Appointment

Onsite auctions: Don't want to bring your items to the auction or too much to bring to the auction? Let the auction come to you. Sometimes the best solution is selling at your location. We conduct several off site auctions each year. We offer competitive rates and a marketing plan the will make your auction an success.
Benefit and Fundraising:
Jennifer is part of the Kurt Johnson Auctioneering team, the Midwests largest and most successful benefit auction team.
Jennifer, is a Benefit Auctioneering Specialist (BAS) through the National Auctioneers Association. Only 1% of auctioneers have earned this designation. With her extensive training and testing on benefit auctions, entertaining & motivating personality, and unique approach to beneft auctions, Jennifer can make your benefit auction a success.

Packing and moving: We now off limited packing and moving services. Fees vary. Please speak with an auction center sale rep for more information.

Vehicles and Boats: Have a vehicle or boat you need to sell? We sell those too!
- $50.00 flat fee for vehicles under $1,000.00
- $100.00 flat fee for vehicles selling over $1000.00
